After moving from New York, my wife and I engaged Jenny to help us find a new home in the Dallas or Fort Worth area. My husband and I call Jenny a walking encyclopedia. There is never a question that she can't answer, or quickly find the answer to. She is patient and extremely trustworthy, she was available to answer our questions at almost any time of the day and always had our best interest in mind. Jenny Wood was our agent in the Preston hollow area in 2013. Our experience with her was amazing. She was excellent at communication, promoting our house, spent an ungodly amount of time at every showing, and fought hard to get our goal sale price. I remember asking a fellow real estate agent friend if the amount of time and work that Jenny put into selling our home was normal, her answer was, "No. She works hard for you." Jenny is incredibly personable, professional, and is a pleasure to work with. I have dealt with a number of residential brokers. Jenny eclipses every one of them. In ever way that matters to a client, Jenny excels. She knows the market as well as anyone and better than almost everyone. She makes things easy on the client. You can reach her at virtually any time, and she responds as if she were the person who wanted to buy the house (i.e., her concern for you as a client is obvious every time you deal with her). She is firm but effective with the other side. You will not find anyone who beats her. You will likely find many who fall far below her.
